All PCBs are designed and laid out in Spring’s PCB CAD software to fit the physical requirements. Spring regularly design multilayer boards, surface mount, double sided or custom shapes for new customers and new products. These PCB designs can then be used to export DXF outputs for mechanical design, PCB mounting, enclosure fitting and modification or full enclosure design. Spring also take the CAM output data to configure the surface mount placement machines. We can obtain the blank prototype PCBs and complete surface mount assembly with a turnaround time of 10 days if required.
