Spares & Repairs
Spring only supply spares to their distributors. These spares include float switches, solenoid valves, pressure sensors, flowmeters, connectors and fuses.
Spring will accept controllers back for repair whether they are still in warranty or outside of their warranty period. You can either return the controller via your local distributor or you can send the controller back to Spring directly. But remember to include your name, address and a simple description of the problem or fault.
Repairs outside the warranty period are chargeable but we try to make this as low as possible and it will always be cheaper than a new controller. If a controller is sent back but found to be working then there is an inspection fee. If a controller is sent back and it is either beyond economic repair or cannot be repaired at all then there is no cost to the customer.
